Payment Information

DISCOUNTS

I understand The Klub Gymnastics offers a 10% discount for my child’s second class, 7% for their third class, and 5% for every class after, per week.  The discount will be taken on the lowest tuition amount. Multi-student and multi-class discounts do not apply to and do not result from Team or Pre-Team enrollments that meet more than once a week as these enrollments are already offered at a discounted rate.

The Klub Gymnastics offers 50% off tuition for families who live in the Frogtown community. This is an area between Oros St. and Fletcher Ave. and between Riverside Drive and the L.A. River. I understand that proof of residence in the form of a driver's license or household bill is required in order to be eligible for the Frogtown Discount. The Klub Gymnastics also extends this discount to armed service personnel, firefighters, and police.
*This discount is not combinable with any other discount or promotions.

REFERRAL PROGRAM

I understand The Klub Gymnastics will offer $50 for a ‘new’ gymnast referral. This offer is valid for new clients only with a payment of a full monthly session. This amount will be issued as a credit towards tuition.

MEMBERSHIP FEE

I understand that The Klub Gymnastics has a one time "Forever" Membership Fee for each student that is due at enrollment. The amount for each student is $65. The Membership Fee is non-refundable.

LATE FEE

I understand that I need to pick up my child on time. The Klub Gymnastics reserves the right to charge my account a $1.00 for every minute I am late to pick up my child. Please call if you are going to be late.

DROP PROCEDURE

I understand I must withdraw via a Withdrawal Form or notify The Klub Gymnastics in writing to withdraw a child from class enrollment. Your child's enrollment will automatically renew each month and we will charge tuition for the upcoming month on the 20th of each month unless we receive written confirmation of your intent to withdraw by the 19th of the month. There are 2 ways to withdraw:

• Submit the Withdrawal Form through the website here (Contact > Withdrawal Form)
• OR send an email to info@theklubgym.com with your intent to withdraw, including student name(s) and class time(s)

If you are having a scheduling conflict, we will be happy to help you switch to another day and time or address any other issues you may have with your current class.

Please note: Payment of tuition guarantees your child a space each week in their enrolled class, whether or not they actually attend.

REFUND POLICY

I understand that The Klub Gymnastics requires that they receive the online withdrawal form by the 19th of the month to be removed from automatic payment for the following month. If The Klub Gymnastics received your written intent to withdraw after the 19th of the month but before the 1st of the next month, the first class will be charged to your account and will become non-refundable. After the 1st of each month, The Klub Gymnastics will not issue any refunds.The following are non-refundable:

• Missed classes due to mandated government shutdowns
• There are no refunds, make-ups, or credits for days a Kamper is absent and/or if the Kamper cannot attend once they have been enrolled. Klub Kamp is staffed accordingly and these are reserved spots

CHARGEBACK POLICY

I understand that if I initiate a chargeback with my credit card company, The Klub Gymnastics may pass a $25 chargeback fee on to me. If you have a billing dispute, we ask that you please contact our Customer Service department to work out a solution.

RETURNED CHECK POLICY

I understand that there is a $25.00 returned check charge for any checks returned by the bank.

RULES, TERMS, AND CONDITIONS:

I understand that this account and any student enrollments can only be registered by the parent or legal guardian of the student(s) enrolled in classes with The Klub Gymnastics.

TRIAL CLASS

I understand that a credit card is required to take a FREE trial class. I understand that no charges will be placed on my credit card if I choose not to enroll in a class after my trial. I understand that I need to stop by the front desk to secure my space. If payment arrangements are not made after the trial class is completed my space will be released after 48 hours.

MAKEUP CLASSES

I understand that there will be no credits issued for missed classes. Makeup classes will be available on a first-come, first-serve basis. I understand that I need to call 323.227.KLUB (5582) in advance to schedule a makeup class. Makeup classes need to be completed within a 60 day period. Canceled makeups require a 24-hour notice. If not, makeup will be forfeited. I understand that makeups are only for actively enrolled students and are non-transferable. I understand makeup classes can be scheduled no more than one week in advance. This policy helps ensure that makeup classes are only used when a student has to miss their actively enrolled class, in turn helping to ensure that all students needing makeups are fairly accommodated in a manner in accordance with the purpose of our makeup policy.

MAKEUPS BETWEEN PROGRAMS

I understand makeup classes in a program different from a student’s active enrollment must be scheduled on the day of the class. For example, if a student is actively enrolled in a recreational gymnastics class, they will only be able to schedule a makeup in a Klub Ninja class on the day of the class. This policy helps ensure students will be able to schedule makeup classes within the program in which they are actively enrolled.

EXTENDED ABSENCE

If your child will be absent for an extended period please call 323.227.KLUB (5582) to make arrangements.

PHOTOGRAPHY/MARKETING RELEASE

I understand that The Klub Gymnastics may use photographs or videos of its students for reproduction in any medium for the purpose of advertisement, display or exhibition, in relation to The Klub Gymnastics. These images will be used for The Klub Gymnastics purposes only and will not be given or sold to 3rd party companies or individuals. The Klub Gymnastics will not identify children by name in any media.

I understand I have the choice to opt-in to receive alerts via text message. The Klub Gymnastics will only send a text message in cases of sudden class changes such as cancellation due to weather or a last-minute change in koach. Your carrier's text/SMS rates may apply. If you would like to opt-out from text/SMS messages, please respond STOP.

DRESS CODE

I understand The Klub Gymnastics requires that all students remove shoes and socks, as well as jewelry before beginning class. The Klub Gymnastics recommends athletic wear that allows for lots of movement; shorts and a t-shirt is fine for most kids, and girls may wear leotards. Long hair should be tied up out of the way and fingernails should be trimmed.

KLUB KARDIO POLICY

RELEASE OF LIABILITY

I understand and acknowledge that the use of exercise equipment involves the risk of serious injury, including permanent disability and death. I hereby consent for myself in activities on equipment owned and/or used by The Klub Inc. and hereby agree that I, for myself, my heir and executors, waive and release any and all rights and claims for damages at any time against The Klub Inc., or its agents, owners, operators and representatives for any injury or damages in connection with my association with entry or other activities sponsored by The Klub Inc.

WARRANTY OF PHYSICAL FITNESS

I hereby warrant that I am in good physical condition and have no disability, impairment, or ailment which could be adversely affected by my participation in a physical conditioning program or use of health club facilities and services such as Klub Kardio at The Klub Gymnastics.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK

I understand the risk of personal injury arising out of participation in a physical conditioning program or use of health club facilities and services such as Klub Kardio at The Klub Gymnastics. I hereby assume all such risks and agree that my use of The Klub Gymnastics facilities and services is at my sole risk.

MEDICAL EMERGENCY

In the event of a medical emergency, I hereby authorize The Klub Inc., its owners, and operators to seek medical treatment. I hereby declare that I do not have any physical/mental problems, restrictions, or condition(s) and/or I declare that I am in good physical and mental health.

INDIVIDUAL MEDICAL INSURANCE

I understand that I must have my own medical insurance coverage. If I do not have my own medical insurance, I cannot use The Klub Gymnastics equipment. I agree to individually provide for all medical expenses that may be incurred by myself as a result of any injury sustained while participating at The Klub Gymnastics.

CHILDREN IN THE KLUB KARDIO AREA

I understand that no children (under 18 years old) are allowed in the Klub Kardio area or allowed to use any of the equipment.

FOOD AND BEVERAGE

I understand that bottled water (no glass) or water bottles with spill-proof lids are allowed in all areas of The Klub Gymnastics. No other beverage or food items are allowed on the gym floor or the Klub Kardio area.

30 MINUTE LIMIT PER MACHINE

I understand that although there is no overall time limit, there is a 30 minute limit on each individual machine in order to ensure that everyone is able to use the machine they want.

KLUB KAMP POLICIES

KAMP ARRIVAL TIME

I understand I must arrive on time to drop off and pick up my child.

KAMP SNACK AND LUNCH

I understand The Klub Gymnastics asks that I pack a snack, lunch and a water container for my child, and an additional snack if my child is staying for Full Day Kamp (8:30 am - 5:30 pm). Kampers tend to be extra hungry at Kamp!

KAMP TRANSFERS

I understand if a transfer is needed, this needs to be requested in an email no less than 7 days in advance of the Kamp date. Kamp transfer requests cannot always be accommodated due to fluctuations in Kamp enrollment. I understand any scheduled Kamp date can only be transferred once.

KAMP FEES

I understand Klub Kamp fees will be collected differently while The Klub Gymnastics is closed due to Covid-19. You will have your spot in Kamp but we will collect Summer Kamp fees once we are closer to the date of re-opening. Once we open, fees will be due upon receipt. 

KAMP REFUNDS

There are no refunds, make-ups, or credits for days a Kamper is absent and/or if the Kamper cannot attend once they have been enrolled. Klub Kamp is staffed accordingly and these are reserved spots.

KAMP 3 PM PICKUP

I understand I can extend my child's Kamp day as late as 3 pm for an additional $20. Sign up for available dates online. Space is limited. This service is only available for Klub Kamp; it is not available for Full Day Kamp, Kare, or Klub Night Out!

KAMP SNACK STORE

I understand that Kampers interested in buying a treat after lunch will take a trip to the Ribbits snack store. Visiting the store prior to this time will not be occurring, please pack meals accordingly. TKG is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or stolen money. Parents are encouraged to discuss preferred food choices with their Kamper in advance. Wallets, small coin bags, or labeled zip block bags are encouraged. Unless stated otherwise by an adult, TKG will assume that Kampers are allowed to buy any snack in our store.

POTTY TRAINED

I understand all Kampers must be fully potty trained. This requires that your child be independent in the restroom as our koaches do not enter the restroom stalls with them.

KAMP CLOTHING

Kampers should wear clothing that will not restrict movement. Leotards or shorts and t-shirts are always fine. Keep in mind that leotards can be challenging for some Kampers when going to the restroom. Please pack a change of clothes in case of unforeseen food, arts and crafts, or restroom accident.

KAMP FEE

I understand the Kamp fee from 8:30 am to 2:30 pm is $155 per day. The Klub Gymnastics offers a 10% discount for siblings enrolled on the same day.

ADULT CLASSES

• Free trials not available for Adult Gymnastics.

BIRTHDAY PARTY FEES

If you’d like to book a birthday party at the Klub Gymnastics, please select an available date located on the Birthday Parties web page. Once we receive your registration for the Birthday Party, the Klub Gymnastics will send over a Birthday Contract. Once we receive this contract, we will charge a $100 non refundable deposit to your card on file.
