BEGINNER LEVEL 1 - 6 yrs and up
This is an hour long class for kids 6 years and above who are new to gymnastics. Your child will work on skills on all of the events including the rings, bars, vault, trampoline, balance beam, and the floor exercise.

We focus on teaching skills in a positive way so the child leaves the class more confident and willing to try new things. Our teaching philosophy is effective in that we are able to challenge our students physically while giving them the opportunity to gain self-esteem by putting them in situations that set them up for success.
Your child's first class will be a FREE trial and there is no obligation to pay unless you decide to enroll after their trial class.
