Boys Beginner 1 is a base level, one-hour long class that is a great start for athletes who are still discovering themselves as a gymnast/athlete. The class structure goes over all the basics on the men’s equipment, but with a bit more attention to execution. We teach our athletes that with great body control comes great athletic ability. By doing so, we emphasize strength through many static body positions, and other exercises focused on shaping and flexibility.
