Anytime your child misses class, their koach will mark them absent and you'll have 60 days to schedule a makeup class in any class we offer at their level that currently has openings.

How to request a makeup class:

1. Log into your Parent Portal
2. Click on My Account on the top left-hand side
3. Under the Student you want to schedule a makeup for click on Makeups
4. Click Request next to a makeup token
5. Choose the exact date on which you want the makeup class
6. Select the class you want to schedule
7. Click on Submit Request
8. You will receive a confirmation email when your request is confirmed
