Hobbies: I still love training! I lift weights or practice gymnastics pretty much every day. I also enjoy live shows of all kinds - music, stand up, theater, etc.

Favorite Book, TV Show, or Movie: 'Matilda' is my favorite book. 'Ted Lasso' is my favorite TV show. 'The Lion King' is my favorite movie.

Fun fact: I was a cheerleader in middle school, high school, and college. I also competed on club cheer teams until I was 26.

What's your gymnastics background?: I grew up competing in gymnastics through Level 9. Since then, I’ve coached girls competitive teams for over a decade in my hometown, Houston, and Sacramento. In my mid-thirties I started training again and competed Level 8 and Xcel Platinum. After a few years away from the sport, I moved to Los Angeles and started attending Adult Gymnastics classes at The Klub, which is how I found my way back to coaching.

When you were a kid, what did you want to be when you grew up?: I wanted to be a zoologist or veterinarian.

If you could choose a superpower, what would it be?: To be able to function without any sleep, so I could have 8 extra hours every day!
