Handstands also increase bone strength! By placing our whole body's weight on our arms, we are making not just our muscles strong and healthy, but our bones too!
*This clinic is recommended for Intermediate and Advanced Recreational or Team students. Participants should already have an understanding of how to do a handstand and should possess the strength to hold a handstand with their stomach against a wall for at least 30 seconds.
