CLASSES BY LEVEL
GIRLS Beginner 1 (6+ years)
 
These hour long classes are for kids 5 and older who are new to gymnastics. You will teach your students skills on all events including the bars, vault, balance beam, floor exercise and trampolines.

We focus on teaching skills in a positive way so the child leaves the class more confident and willing to try new things. Our teaching philosophy is effective in that we are able to challenge our students physically while giving them the opportunity to gain self-esteem by putting them in situations that set them up for success.

Your child's first class will be a FREE trial and there is no obligation to pay unless you decide to enroll after their trial class.
