PROGRAMS
 
A dynamic, non-competitive tumbling and trampoline program for athletes ages 6+
Whether your child is just starting or looking to master advanced tumbling and trampoline skills, our TNT program helps build strength, technique, confidence, and body control in a safe and energetic environment. These one-hour classes incorporate floor tumbling, trampoline, and Tumble Track training.
TNT 1 – Intro to Tumbling & Trampoline
VIEW CLASSES & REGISTER

This beginner-level class is designed for students with minimal or no tumbling & trampoline experience. Athletes will build a strong foundation in body shaping, strength, coordination, and confidence through drills that prepare them for tumbling, flipping, and trampoline basics.

Skills Introduced: Rolls, handstands, cartwheels, bridges, jumps, trampoline control
Perfect for: Ages 6+ with no experience or basic tumbling only

TNT 2 – Intermediate Tumbling & Trampoline

This intermediate-level class is for athletes who have mastered all Tumbling and Trampoline 1 skills and are ready to begin linking more complex movements and tumbling and trampoline passes. Focus is placed on technique, power, and clean form while developing more advanced skills.

Skills Focused On: Round-offs, front limbers, kickovers, trampoline flipping drills, back handspring prep
Note: A 15-minute evaluation with our Rec Director is required for placement.
Perfect for: Athletes who are ready to move beyond fundamentals and start working on tumbling connections.

TNT 3 – Advanced Tumbling & Trampoline

This advanced class is for experienced athletes who have completed Tumbling and Trampoline 2, and are prepared to safely train higher-level tumbling and trampoline combinations. Emphasis is placed on strong form, air awareness, and combining multiple skills in sequence on floor and trampoline.

Skills Focused On: Round-off back handspring back tuck, aerials, front handspring to front tuck, trampoline flips and combos
Note: A 15-minute evaluation with our Rec Director is required for placement.
Perfect for: Athletes with solid fundamentals looking to train for cheer, dance, acro, or personal progression
