Tumbling 1
VIEW CLASSES & REGISTER

These one-hour classes are primarily focused on the tumbling and flipping aspect of gymnastics utilizing the floor, trampolines, and tumble tracks. Tumbling 1 is for beginner tumblers.

Our goal is to help your child develop the body control, strength, and technique necessary to flip, twist, and turn safely! There is a focus on body shaping and strength training while learning the fundamentals of tumbling.

These non-competitive classes are often perfect for those interested in cross training such as dancers, cheerleaders, or divers. A boost of your child's self-esteem is warranted as we teach them to master fear and manipulate their body in ways that defy gravity!

Tumbling 2
VIEW CLASSES & REGISTER

These one-hour classes are primarily focused on the tumbling and flipping aspect of gymnastics utilizing the floor, trampolines, and tumble tracks. Tumbling 2 is for the Intermediate Tumbler. (Must have a back walkover and Front walkover)

Our goal is to help your child develop the body control, strength, and technique necessary to flip, twist, and turn safely! There is a continued focus on body shaping and strength training while taking their honed fundamentals to new heights. In this class skills like back and front handsprings will be learned and mastered.

A boost of your child's self-esteem is warranted as we teach them to master fear and manipulate their body in ways that defy gravity!

Tumbling 3
VIEW CLASSES & REGISTER

These one-hour classes are primarily focused on the tumbling and flipping aspect of gymnastics utilizing the floor, trampolines, and tumble tracks. Tumbling 3 is for the Advanced Tumbler. (Must have a back handspring and front handspring)

Our goal is to help your child develop the body control, strength, and technique necessary to flip, twist, and turn safely! There is a focus on body shaping and strength training while developing airborne skills. In this class athletes will learn the impressive art of freehand flipping. Back and front tucks, layouts, whips, full and double full twisting are all a part of the Tumbling 3 Curriculum.

These non-competitive classes are often perfect for those interested in cross training such as dancers, cheerleaders, or divers. No matter what your focus is, tumbling is fun! A boost of your child's self-esteem is warranted as we teach them to master fear and manipulate their body in ways that defy gravity!

Your child's first class will be a FREE trial and there is no obligation to pay unless you decide to enroll after their trial class.
